Absolutely couldn't resist this one:

A California town invokes eminent domain to block a Wal-Mart store.

In this Business Week article, a Wal-Mart Watch spokesman says that Wal-Mart has itself brought up the idea of eminent domain as a tactic.

Implications runneth over.
