The Mask

The "Vendetta" mask is one of the most useful symbols to come down the pike in this decade. It basically says, "pay no attention to me, I'm just acting out a narcissistic fantasy disguised as political speech, and my sense of reality is less firm than my sense of art and poses. And I'm cool with that. And maybe trying to nail some hot protest chicks, too. Yeah, that would be cool. With the mask on." As in here.
