Homeland Security runs a war games drill involving fake "cyberattackers" who conduct a "series of simulated hackings" in a bid to crash the Federal Aviation Administration's control system, halt subways and trigger power outages, among other things.

And who are these evil geniuses the government so fears? They're listed at the end of the article:

The fake perpetrators, according to the internal document, included activist groups, disgruntled employees-turned-hackers and bloggers.
