She shows this chart from the report and writes: "A new World Public Opinion poll of 20 nations finds that just 2 percent say that they have 'a lot' or 'some' confidence that President Bush will do 'the right thing regarding world affairs.'" As a commenter quickly points out, it's 2 nations out of 20 (10 percent), not "2 percent" of either people or nations.
